X-Ray Mail Assistant is an email header filter and POP/SMTP server switching tool. It runs as a local POP/SMTP relay server and scans your incoming and/or outgoing mail for user specified mail headers. Once it finds a match it can change the header, remove it, replace it or perform some other special modifications. In addition, the program allows you to set up multiple profiles for POP and SMTP servers and switch between them from the system tray. X-Ray can also run as an NT service.

Send Personally for Outlook Express allows you to send messages to a great number of recipients from Microsoft Outlook Express. Plug-in adds a new button "Send Personally" to the toolbar of Outlook Express and offers an alternative method of sending messages from Outlook Express, separate messages are created for each recipient. The final recipient will not receive any information about any of the other recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in the "To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her.

The main problem with sending messages to several recipients from Outlook Express is that all recipients are in the message heading. If the recipient list is relatively small, this doesn't result in any considerable inconvenience. Losing only a little bit of valuable information can cause a lot of trouble. But until no other letters are added to the folder with the deleted messages or until this folder is compacted, most of the data can be restored. Even if all messages are deleted and the Deleted folder is compacted, the deleted messages still remain in other folders. Unfortunately, standard Outlook Express tools do not allow us to restore deleted messages. The product supports all types of Microsoft Outlook folders and items - email messages, contacts, notes, calendar, etc. The product also supports most types of folders and items that don't belong to Microsoft Outlook and which are attached with the help of special transports. The product is fully compatible with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Small Business Server. So if you want to synchronize a shared folder on Microsoft Exchange Server with an ordinary folder on your home PC... No problem! Actually, computers exchange data by e-mail. Before the data is transmitted, it is automatically compressed, so the product can even be used with dial-up lower-bit-rate channels. The product works according to the following principle: you specify a list of users that should get access to one of your folders.
