However, if you are using Opera e-mail client, or just made an attempt to switch to it, you may have noticed that Opera has no particular support for importing contacts from other e-mail software. For example, migrating contacts from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express is not easy.

In order to import your contacts to Opera, you may need to use a tool that will save you a lot of time retyping the names and addresses from one address book into another one.

coOpera is such a tool. It helps to convert your Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Gmail and Yahoo! Mail contacts to Opera format. All you need to do is export your contacts to a CSV file, choose the contacts you would like to convert, and finally, import converted contacts to Opera browser. Everything else will be done automatically for you!

coOpera migrates all information that an Opera contact can store: contact name, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone and fax numbers, notes and website address.

My personal Agenda - This is an address and phone agenda, with phone list, birthday listing, search all, automatic phone dialing and several options. This is the one I use and always have used for my own addresses and phone book. It was first created in Aurora basic (anyone remember?) many years ago, and then re-made in C and some years later in Delphi. Has basic suport for 3 languages, and if you would like to have any diferent one included, please email me with the translation for all the menus and button captions, and I will be glad to update it.The (about) button is a component for Delphi created by myself as I could not find a realy simple one for this - IE like -. If anyone wants a copy, please fell free to email me.

Create a list of all your important events, anniversaries, things to do, etc. You can use it as an agenda, and then mark anything as 'done' - when it is... Define priorities and dates to do things, archive old reminders, print list, sort by date or task, and it uses whatever Date format the user's computer is configured for. Takes very little space on your desktop, and minimizes to the tray. Can also startup automatically when windows starts, to help you remember.
